Promoter Ninja's Slack integration will allow you to read your customers feedback messages directly in your team's Slack application. Customer feedback is sent to a channel named #promoter-ninja. You have to create this channel for the integration to work properly.
How to use the Promoter Ninja Slack integration:
- Sign in to your Promoter Ninja account
- Click on the top-right user menú and then in Developer settings
- Click on the Connect to Slack button under the Slack integration option
- Follow the onscreen instructions to authorize the Promoter Ninja + Slack integration.
- Set up rules to route feedback to the channels of your choice.
