Yes. The “Thank You” page is the final page a customer sees during their NPS survey experience.
Go to "Personalize survey" and tab on "Thank you page":
You have two different options:
1. Offer the same message for everyone.
You can then pick language, message, and a link text + URL if you want them to visit your site or social media, for example.
2. Provide different "Thank you" messages based on the score the customer has provided.
You can also adjust the page based on the score provided. For example, Promoters might have a page that links to your social media. Passives might receive a discount coupon.
